Did you purchase tickets for a match at Estadio da Luz? Here's a guide to ensure you know how and when to receive them. 


When will I receive the tickets?

Tickets for many sports events are often issued close to the event date, sometimes as late as 24 hours before the game. Rest assured, as part of our 100% guarantee, we ensure you will receive your tickets in time to enjoy the match.


How will I receive the tickets?

There are four ticket types available: 


You can identify the type of ticket during checkout, in your confirmation email, or by checking under Profile > Orders > Current Tab.

Electronic

You will receive your tickets in PDF format.


Once the seller uploads the PDF to the transaction, you will get an email notification confirming delivery and an invitation to download your tickets.


How to Access Your Tickets:

  1. Log in to your StubHub International account.
  2. Navigate to “Orders” and select the “Open” tab.
  3. Find the transaction and click on “Get tickets” to download them.


Mobile Transfer

Tickets will be Mobile Delivery and you won't be able to see from your StubHub International account. Instead, the seller will transfer them through the Benfica Official App using one of the following information:

  • Benfica membership number – In case you are already a member of the club. Below we explain how to get it for free. 
  • Email address – If you are not a Benfica member... Please, create a Benfica account with the same email address you are registered on our page. How to review that? Easy! Go to your Profile. In the ACCOUNT INFO section, you can check the information we provided to your seller.


Benfica Registration

  1. Install the Benfica Official App in your mobile device.
  2. Tap on "More" and then "Login" to access your tickets.
  3. Under the "LOG IN" button, tap on "email address" and complete the field. 
    • Remember that you will need to provide the same email address registered on our website. 
  4. You will receive a verification code in your inbox. Please, copy and paste in the registration window. Tap on "Check code". 
  5. Complete the fields with your personal information (name, surname, birth data, country, genre, phone, password). At latest, click on "Create account"
  6. You will then be redirected to the Home. 
  7. The seller will transfer the tickets. 


Once your tickets are ready...

  1. You will receive two emails:
    • From StubHub International to inform that your order has been completed
    • From the original ticket provider (Benfica) to confirm the tickets has been transferred and also with the tickets attached in .pkpass format. It's important that you also check your spam inbox and read carefully the details on the email.
  2. After clicking on the link(s) or the "Accept Ticket" buttons, a new window will be opened and the pkpass file will be downloaded.
    • If your mobile is Android, you will need to have "Passwallet" installed or other similar apps (like WalletPasses, Pass2U Wallet...). 
      1. On the Download app, tap on the  ⠇ icon,  click on "Share" and choose the Wallet app (if you don't have it, below we recommend you some apps to use). 
      2. Click on Accept to save the tickets in your Wallet app. 
    • If your mobile is iPhone, you will not need to download an external application, just click "Add" to save them in Wallet. If you can't open the link from the email, we recommend copying and opening it directly in Safari, then saving it to your AppleWallet.   
    • If your mobile is Windows Phone, you will need to have Wallet Pass installed.
  3. Open the Wallet app and you will be able to view the tickets. 


We remind you that it is the buyers’ responsibility to follow these instructions. Unfortunately, StubHub International is not responsible if the buyer does not register in the Benfica Official app.


On the event day... 

Remember, you are responsible for bringing your ticket to the venue on your smartphone. Image, PDF files or printed tickets will not be valid.


To access the stadium, just open the Wallet app, select the ticket/s and scan at the gate... Enjoy the match!


Physical 

These are hard-copy tickets.

  • Shipping: Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Due to the timing of ticket issuance, it’s recommended to provide an address in Lisbon. If you need to update your address, follow these steps. Once the seller ships your tickets, you will receive an email with the courier details, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.
  • Last-minute purchase: For purchases made close to the event, a representative will contact you to arrange in-person delivery on match day. Ensure your contact information is up-to-date.
