FanProtect for Buyers
· Your tickets will arrive in time for the event, be valid for entry and exactly what you purchased · Do you want to know the status of your order? Here you can find more details.
· Are the tickets I bought real? We ensure that your tickets are genuine and guarantee that you will be able to enter the event.
· Are all tickets for seats next to each other? Tickets from the same listing may be for adjoining (consecutive) seats. However, seating configurations may vary (for example, piggyback seating or other arrangements disclosed in the listing). The exact seating arrangement will be shown in the listing details at the time of purchase. Tickets purchased from separate listings, even if they display the same location information, may not be related or adjacent to each other.
· If any of these conditions are not met, we will find you comparable or better tickets, or offer you a refund or credit for a future order.
· If your event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund.
· If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you’re unable to attend, refunds aren’t available, but you may be able to relist your tickets on StubHub International, subject to time and availability.
· Sellers will not get paid for their sales until you attended the event

· Set your price when you list and adjust it at any time before your tickets sell
· After your tickets sell, ticket delivery is fast and hassle free, followed by timely payment in accordance with the StubHub International User Agreement
